Difference between vSphere on-premise SDDC and VMware Cloud on AWS SDDC
Difference between Hybrid linked mode & Enhanced linked mode
Difference between organization owner and organization member/user
Difference between CloudAdmin role and CloudGlobalAdmin role
Make sure to remember all the tabs & settings in SDDC

Knowledge of NSX logical networks, distributed & routed networks
Different type of vSAN datastores and difference between them

How VMC is integrated with SRM? Costs & benefits
Conversion of standard cluster to stretched cluster & vice-versa
Minimum & Maximum number of hosts required to build SDDC cluster ( Standard & Stretched)
Knowledge of VMware managed services and AWS managed services
